* he identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers. You must receive and wear your wristband after verifying your identity for entry.
- If you have pre-registered for Face Pass, you can receive your entry wristband at the Identity Verification Booth using the Face Pass kiosk without presenting any additional valid forms of identification.
- If you do not wish to use Face Pass, you can verify your identity at the IN-PASS window of the Identity Verification Booth. Please bring your mobile ticket and a valid ID to verify your identity and receive your wristband.

※ From July 11, 2024, you can only reserve the ticket with your verified account to prevent unauthorized use by a third party.
- Please make sure that you verify your identity before the reservation of the concert ticket.
