Hyegyeonggung Royal Tea Experience
This is a special program held at the Hwaseong Haenggung Byeolju, where you can experience a modern interpretation of a traditional royal tea table set for one, inspired by the banquet foods enjoyed by Lady Hyegyeong during King Jeongjo’s royal procession to Suwon in 1795.

Participation Fee
·Daechungmaru (Main hall floor), Sarangbang (Guest Room) - 50,000won for two people
·Naesil (Inner Room) - 45,000won for two people
*Due to the structure of the hanok, visibility from the inner room may be limited during performances. Outdoor seating is offered as an alternative for musical performances, but is unavailable in case of rain. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.
※Only one ticket per person (up to 2 people per reservation)
※The entrance ticket to Hwaseong Haenggung Palace is not included and must be bought separately.

Ticket Reservation
·Tickets for this program are sold exclusively through advance reservation via Interpark Ticket, the official ticketing platform. There will be no sales through other channels or on-site.
·Each person may reserve up to one ticket (for two participants).
·Admission is strictly limited to the original purchaser. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by others.
·Mobile tickets will be checked on-site, so please have your ticket ready on your device before arrival.
·Physical (paper) tickets will not be provided separately.
·Tickets reserved through unauthorized means (using macros or sharing priority reservation URLs) may be canceled without prior notice and may be restricted from use.
·Illegal ticket scalping (including selling premium tickets or fraudulent ticket transfers) is causing harm to genuine ticket buyers. In such cases, the event organizer and the ticketing agency bear no responsibility for any issues arising from such transactions.
·Please make sure to purchase tickets only through official reservation channels.
·Please note that photos and videos may be taken during the program for documentation purposes. Participants may appear in these recordings, so please be aware of this before purchasing your ticket.
Cancellations ＆ Refunds
·Cancellations and refunds of tickets follow the regulations of the ticketing agency (Interpark Ticket).
·Tickets canceled before the cancellation deadline (5PM, 2 days prior to the event) will be 100% refunded with no other cancellation fee.
·Tickets cannot be canceled or changed after the cancellation deadline (5PM, 2 days prior to the event).
·Tickets purchased between the cancellation deadline (5PM, 2 days prior to the event) and the ticket sales closing time (4PM, 1 day before the event) are also non-refundable and cannot be changed.

*Along with Hyegyeonggung Royal Tea Experience, a 30-minute small musical performance will be held.
*The tea set may be changed without prior notice depending on the availability of ingredients.
*For participants who are allergic to any particular food, please check the ingredients listed below.

Program Guidelines
·Entry to Byeolju is available prior to 10 minutes before the start (18:50), and please be seated in your designated seats.
·As Byeolju is a hanok (traditional Korean architecture), the program will be conducted in a seated format using cushions, with shoes taken off before entering.
·The tea set may be changed without prior notice depending on the availability of ingredients.
·The entrance ticket to Hwaseong Haenggung Palace is not included and must be bought separately.
·Please note that the use of flash, tripods and outside food and beverages are not allowed during the program.
·Cancellations or refunds are not available if you are unable to participate or your entry is delayed on the day of the program due to traffic congestion or parking difficulties.
·Each menu within this program is not available for individual purchase.
·The program may be canceled in case of rain depending on the amount of precipitation. Please refer to the announcements or contact Suwon Cultural Foundation (031-290-3612) for more information.
In Case of Rain
·Any cancellations or changes to the program due to rain will be based on the Korea Meteorological Administration’s forecast as of 11:00 AM on the day before the program.
·In case of rain, notifications will be sent via text messages. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in your Interpark Ticket account before making your reservation. The event organizer and ticketing agency are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect member information.
·If the forecast predicts 1~4 mm of rain, the event will proceed as scheduled.
·If the forecast predicts 5 mm or more, the event will be canceled, and ticket holders will be individually notified and receive a full refund.
