In order to avoid complications, earlier purchased tickets would be mailed.
Mailing will begin on Mar. 10th, 2011 (Thu) and if purchased after the above date, on-site pick up is available. Thank you for your consideration.

Purchasing Tickets

-	Pre-booked tickets will be available for pick up at the venue ticket offices only on show day.
-	Ticket box offices are located outside the venue. You are required to bring your ID, contact number and printed copy of confirmation email.
-	Walk-in tickets will be available at ticket box offices on show day when the show is not sold out.
-	Cancelling reservation or refund is possible until a day before show day via ticket outlets where you purchased tickets. Please be advised 10%~30% of cancelling charge will be deducted from the refund amount. It is important that tickets are non-refundable on show day.
-	Children under 14 years old are not allowed to enter the venue.
-	Tickets cannot be replaced or reissued if they are subsequently lost, destroyed, or misplaced.

-	Venue doors will be opening 1 and half hours prior to the show.
-	Entering venue without a ticket is not allowed.
