[Reservation Information]
- Each person can purchase up to two tickets per day.
- As ticket sales are limited based on venue capacity, tickets may sell out without prior notice.
- Virtual account (bank transfer) payments will be available only from Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, October 10 at midnight (KST).
- Only single-day tickets are available. No 2-day passes will be sold. To attend both days, please purchase a single-day ticket for each date.
- Once payment is complete, changes to the date or purchaser name are not allowed. To make changes, you must cancel and rebook.
- Only the original purchaser may pick up the ticket. Transfers are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that the ticket is booked under the name of the person who will attend.
- Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform. Transferring, reselling, or sharing wristbands is strictly prohibited and considered illegal.
- Anyone caught engaging in illegal transactions or scalping will be immediately removed from the venue. Both buyer and seller may be subject to legal penalties. The organizers, promoters, and partners bear no responsibility in such cases.
- Cancellation fees will apply according to the ticketing platform’s policy. Please check their specific terms before canceling.
- All ticket-related services (booking, mobile ticket issuance, cancellation, refund) are managed exclusively by the ticketing platform. For detailed information, refer to the ticketing page.

[Priority Admission Ticket]
- To prevent overnight queuing, Priority Admission Tickets will be sold after the stage artist lineup is announced. Details will be shared via official GMF social channels and the Mint Paper website.

- Priority Admission Tickets will be available only on NOL ticket, limited to one ticket per person.
A separate ticket booth will be operated for Priority Admission Ticket holders, where mobile ticket checks, wristband exchange, and ticket distribution will take place. If you purchase two general tickets, your companion will not be able to enter with you.
- If you intend to purchase a Priority Admission Ticket, please ensure that you purchase only one general ticket per day through NOL ticket.

 

[On-site Ticket Sales]
- If tickets are sold out in advance, on-site ticket sales will not be available.
- Availability of on-site tickets will be announced close to the festival date via official GMF social channels and the Mint Paper website.
- On-site tickets can be purchased by card or cash. All on-site tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

[Children’s Admission Policy]
- Preschool children (born on or after Jan 1, 2019) may enter for free when accompanied by a guardian. Children of school age must have a valid ticket.
- Proof of age (e.g. health insurance card, resident registration, passport) will be checked on-site. Without valid documentation, a ticket must be purchased.
- Guardians must exchange their wristband at the ticket booth and present documents at the Info Booth for verification.

 

[Mobile Ticket Information]
- All tickets will be issued as mobile tickets. Physical tickets will not be provided.
- Mobile tickets will be issued to the purchaser’s account through the ticketing platform app at 8PM (KST) the day before the event.
- Please download and update the app in advance.
- Identity verification will be conducted at the time of mobile ticket confirmation and wristband exchange. You must bring :
* your mobile ticket (no screenshots or copies allowed) and
* A valid original ID (no photos or copies allowed).
- Entry and wristband exchange will not be possible without both the mobile ticket and valid ID. No exceptions will be made for personal circumstances.
- Proxy pickup is only allowed for immediate family members. You must bring:
* The original ID of the ticket purchaser
* The original ID of the recipient
* A document proving family relationship (e.g. family certificate, insurance card, resident registration, etc.)
- Proxy pickup is not allowed for friends or non-family members. If your companion arrives late, the original purchaser must accompany them to the ticket booth.
- Mobile ticket gifting is not available for this event.

[Entry Information]
- Ticket booth opening time and entry start time will be announced with the official timetable.

 

[Entry Procedure]
1. For advance ticket holders: Visit ticket booth → Mobile ticket verification → Receive wristband → Entry
2. For on-site purchasers: Visit on-site ticket booth → Receive wristband → Entry

 

- Entry and queuing are only allowed with a valid wristband.
- Waiting in line on behalf of others or disrupting the queue by exchanging tickets mid-line is strictly prohibited.
- Anyone without a valid wristband inside the venue will be removed immediately.
- Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued. Please keep them on until the end of the event.
- Unauthorized entry will result in immediate removal and legal consequences.

 

[No Overnight Queuing]
- GMF does not recognize any overnight queuing.
- Extended outdoor waiting can lead to health issues. For your safety, please avoid overnight queuing.
- Olympic Park is closed from midnight to 5AM. Unattended belongings may be removed.
- The organizers, venue, or artists will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

 

[Prohibited Items]
- Tents (including shade tents), chairs/tables with legs (incl. folding types), long umbrellas/parasol, air beds/sofas, coolers, cooking tools, aluminum cups, any wheeled items (except wheelchairs & strollers), flags/poles, professional audio/video equipment, ladders, drones, high-zoom lenses, tripods/monopods, fireworks, weapons, illegal drugs
- Glass bottles, cans, alcohol, food in paper/plastic packaging, takeout, fast food, or any food causing excessive waste or hygiene concerns.
* Only small bags with essential items are allowed.
* Bags will be checked at each stage entrance. Large or multiple bags may result in denied entry.
* GMF is a city-style, multi-stage festival. Please come light and enjoy comfortably.

 

[Stage Information]
* Mint Breeze Stage: Standing + Picnic Zones (max. 9,000 ppl)
* Club Midnight Sunset: Standing + Tiered Seats (max. 9,000 ppl)
* STATION STARDUST: Standing + Tiered Seats (max. 5,000 ppl)
* Loving Forest Garden: Tiered Seats Only (max. 2,000 ppl)
* bright Lab.: Standing Only (max. 1,000 ppl)

 

- Entry may be restricted if a stage reaches capacity.
- Entry will resume as audience members leave the stage area.
- No refunds will be given for missed performances due to capacity limits.
- Wristband holders may move freely across stages and event zones (no assigned seating).
- Wristband, prohibited items, and food checks will be conducted at each stage.
- 15 minutes after the last act ends at each stage, access will be restricted for cleanup.
- Any personal belongings left at the stage after this time will be discarded.
- If you plan to stay mainly at Mint Breeze Stage, please use picnic mats within 1.2m x 1.2m for two people.
- Only water in capped PET bottles (500ml or less) is allowed in standing zones and indoor stages.

 

[Picnic Mat Guidelines / No Seat Holding]
- Picnic mats must be within 1.2m x 1.2m per 2 persons. No space should be left between mats.
- Oversized mats must be folded to meet the size requirements.
- Mats are only allowed in the designated picnic zone at Mint Breeze Stage.
- Do not leave items unattended to hold spots - it affects others and the performance.
- Any unattended belongings may be removed. Organizers are not responsible for loss/damage.
- Mats or belongings placed in standing zones, seats, or aisles will be removed.

 

[Viewing Guidelines]
- Artists differ by day. Timetable will be announced on official channels.
- Various booths and events will be held in addition to main stages.
- Lineups, schedules, and set times may change. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- For lost items, visit the on-site Information Booth.
- First-aid stations will be available. In case of emergencies, approach the nearest staff or Info Booth.
- Follow staff instructions for safety. Organizers are not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence.
- The organizers, promoters, venue, partners, and artists are not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from personal negligence inside or outside the festival grounds. Please take extra care of your valuables.
In particular, if you leave your seat without your personal belongings and loss or theft occurs, please understand that we will not be able to provide any assistance.
- Personal recording for memories is allowed, but live streaming, professional recording, or commercial uploads are strictly prohibited.
- Do not use large cameras, zoom lenses, monopods/tripods, or block others’ view or pathways.
- Official event photos/videos may be taken and used in future publications or online posts.
- Excessive drinking, fireworks, open flames, drug use, or socially unacceptable behavior may result in removal without warning or refund.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
- as much as possible, and be sure to separate and dispose of any trash properly.
- If you require assistance for viewing the performance—such as wheelchair access—please contact the organizer after purchasing your ticket. We will do our best to provide on-site support through our staff. (mintpaper@mpmg.co.kr).
- Pets are not allowed except guide dogs.
- Please respect fellow attendees and follow the rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

 

[Storage Services]
- Luggage Storage will be available on event days.

[Rain Policy]
The festival will proceed in light rain unless in cases of severe weather or social emergencies.

 

* Under 3mm/hr or under 20mm/day: Event proceeds as scheduled
* 3-6mm/hr or 20-50mm/day: Temporary delays possible
* Over 6mm/hr or over 50mm/day: Cancellation possible

 

- Rain policy applies between 12PM - 10PM.
- Weather updates will be posted at 8AM and 11AM on the day of the event.
- No refunds will be provided for delays or cancellations due to rain.
- Rain ponchos will be distributed. Umbrellas are not allowed inside the site.
- There are no special guidelines for yellow dust, fine dust, or gusts.
- For other cases (typhoons, snowstorms, social issues), standard concert policies apply.
